Mayors and the new federal government are supposed to start working together, according to Vice President Mike Pence’s pledges at this week’s U.S. Conference of Mayors’ winter meeting.
But mostly, mayors fell silent on Twitter during the inauguration of the 45th President of the United States, or focused on their city’s business.
