North Wildwood and Wildwood Crest have agreed to share a municipal court administrator to save money.

It’s the latest shared service between or among the four towns that make up the Wildwoods.

North Wildwood Mayor Patrick Rosenello said the retirement of the city’s court administrator, Patricia Wall, created an opportunity to further consolidate the court systems in the two towns, which already share Municipal Judge Louis Belasco.

“The ability to share a court administrator was a fairly easy transition,” he said. “Our judge was very familiar with Wildwood Crest’s court administrator. Upon reviewing her credentials, we determined it was in our best interest to pursue it.”

The towns will see a combined annual savings of about $70,000, he said.
